Square origami paper
Square origami paper: prepare a sheet before folding. Start with a 6 × 6 in square. Trim rectangular paper and check that all four corners line up.
Turn a rectangular sheet into a square
- Bring a top corner diagonally across until the short edge lines up with the long edge.
- Press the diagonal crease. A narrow rectangular strip sticks out below the folded triangle.
- Cut off that strip with scissors, then unfold the triangle.
Choose a starting size

The fold positions stay the same when you change the square size. Make all four edges equal before starting.
