EasyAn Origami Tutor design18 stepsSix 4 × 4 in squares · 6 paper pieces

A six-pointed star made of six identical bars, each one square folded in half three times. The bars cross as two triangles, and every point is closed with a hooked end, so the star needs no glue.

You need
Six equal squares of thin origami paper, three of each color. No glue or scissors.
Start
Take six squares of the same size, three gold and three silver. Set them in two columns of three, gold on the left and silver on the right, all with the same side up.
Tips
  • Crease each fold sharply so the bar stays narrow and even.
  • Lay each bar so its ends reach two points of the star.
  • Hook one point at a time and press it flat before the next.
