A2 suits art prints, classroom posters and plans that need more room than A3.
How it compares
Two A2 sheets placed side by side make approximately one A1 sheet. Cut A2 across the middle of its long edge to get two A3 sheets. Whole-millimetre rounding can leave a 1 mm difference at a cut edge.
Cut a square for origami
