EasyAn Origami Tutor design60 stepsEight 3 × 3 in squares and a small yellow square · 9 paper pieces

An Origami Tutor daisy of eight long, thin white petals round a yellow middle. Each petal is a narrow kite with a blunt tip, five easy folds. The small yellow centre overlaps every petal point, and eight glue patches join the flower.

You need
Eight 3 × 3 in squares of white paper and a yellow square about 1.5 in across. A little glue.
Start
Use eight small white squares, all the same size, and a yellow square about half as wide for the middle. Start each white square with a corner pointing up.
Tips
  • Fold every petal the same way so they are all the same length.
  • Glue each petal's point under the yellow middle as you place it.
